Circumcision for Adults

We now offer adult circumcision in a private and discreet setting for cultural, religious, personal, or hygiene preferences.

All procedures are performed by a specialist urology surgeon ensuring a high standard of care and safety.

We understand this can be a sensitive decision and aim to provide clear guidance and support at every step.

All consultations are confidential and handled with discretion.

    • Specialist urology surgeon with years of NHS experience

    • Private, discreet and confidential care

    • No hidden costs

    • Dedicated aftercare support

    • CQC-regulated clinical environment

  • We aim to make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible:

    1. Virtual Consultation
Assessment of suitability, explanation of procedure, and opportunity to ask questions over the phone

    2. Consenting and Procedure
On the day of your procedure, we will review everything with you again and obtain your formal consent before proceeding. The procedure is then performed under a local anaesthetic nerve block using a surgical cut-and-stitch technique. This allows for precise control, careful tissue handling, and optimal cosmetic results.

    3. Aftercare
Absorbable sutures are used which will disappear after 2-3 weeks. Clear guidance will be provided with support available if needed.

  • Following the procedure, you can expect:

    • Mild discomfort and swelling for a few days

    • Some tenderness - particularly during erections - in the early healing phase

    • Most normal daily activities can be resumed within a few days

    • Avoid heavy exercise for 2–3 weeks

    • Avoid sexual activity for around 4–6 weeks

    • Full healing typically occurs within 4–6 weeks

We provide detailed aftercare instructions and remain available for support during recovery.

  • We offer a free virtual (phone) consultation.

The cost of the procedure on the day is £895, which includes a face-to-face consultation with the surgeon, the procedure itself, as well as follow-up and aftercare.

A £150 deposit is required to secure your booking. This covers the in-person consultation with the surgeon and will be retained if the procedure cannot be carried out on the day, at the surgeon’s discretion.

If histology (lab testing) of the foreskin is deemed necessary, this will be arranged at no additional cost.

  • Is the procedure painful?
Local anaesthetic is used to minimise discomfort during the procedure. Some soreness afterwards is normal.

How long does the procedure take?
The procedure typically takes around 30–45 minutes.

How long before I can return to work?
Most patients return to light work within a few days, depending on the nature of their job.

When can I resume sexual activity?
Usually after 4–6 weeks, once healing is complete.

Will there be a visible scar?
There will be a scar, but this typically settles well over time.
